A brand lives, breathes and expresses itself at any given time and in any direction. 360 degrees.
For that reason and for us, branding is everything. Is branding about collaborating with the client to create a user guide? Yes. Is it about defining the five (or six) senses of a brand and creating a style guide that covers the whole spectrum from how to conduct castings for stewards, to the script for the conversations with guests? That too. Does it entail enveloping a brand in a corporate university? Beyond a doubt. That and all manner of other elements. Because there are always new challenges and new solutions, just like in life itself.
